研究目的：

本研究拟在AUSS技术下，采用不同入路进行椎间盘突出症的手术治疗，并对两种入路的疗效进行对比，进一步明确两种术式的安全性和微创性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to perform surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation using different approaches under the AUSS technique, and compare the efficacy of the two approaches to further clarify the safety and minimally invasive nature of the two surgical procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年 龄 ＞=18 ~且＜=70 岁； 2.美国麻醉医师协会 ASA 分级Ⅰ- Ⅱ级； 3.拟行AUSS术患者； 4.体质量指数（body mass index， BMI）在 18 ~ 30 kg/m2 之间的患者； 5 .同意加入本次研究的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II; 3.Patients scheduled for AUSS surgery; 4.Patients with a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m2; 5.Patients who agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.困难气道、上呼吸道感染者； 2.有神经电生理监测禁忌者； 3.由于机器干扰等非患者因素导致的电生理 信号极不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with difficult airway or upper respiratory tract infection; 2.Patients with contraindications to neuroelectrophysiological monitoring; 3.Patients with extremely unstable electrophysiological signals due to non-patient factors such as machine interference.
