研究目的：

正念训练对有行IVF冷冻胚胎移植且有神经心理问题女性临床妊娠率的影响。 1.主要终点：临床妊娠率 2.次要终点：正念训练对目标受试人群神经心理测评的影响，包括GAD-7，PHQ-9，PSQI和 PSI自基线的变化值。 3.探索性终点：正念训练对临床妊娠率的直接效应及其通过改善焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量和压力负荷对妊娠率的中介效应。  

Objectives of Study：

The Impact of Mindfulness Training on the Clinical Pregnancy Rate in Women Undergoing IVF Frozen Embryo Transfer with Neuropsychological Issues. 1.Primary Endpoint: Clinical Pregnancy Rate. 2.Secondary Endpoints: The effect of mindfulness training on neuropsychological assessments in the target population, including changes from baseline in GAD-7, PHQ-9, PSQI, and PSI scores. 3.Exploratory Endpoint: The direct effect of mindfulness training on clinical pregnancy rate and its mediating effect on pregnancy rate through improvements in anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and stress load.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.各种原因的不孕行IVF冷冻胚胎移植的女性，年龄在18 ~ 45；
2.本省常驻居民；
3.女方测评，为轻中度焦虑状态（GAD-7：5-14分），或轻中度抑郁状态（PHQ-9：5-14分），或睡眠不佳（PSQI：5-10分），或压力过载；
4.愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Women aged 18-35 undergoing IVF frozen embryo transfer for various causes of infertility;
2.The female participant is permanent residents of the city;
3.The female participant is assessed as having mild to moderate anxiety (GAD-7 score: 5-14), mild to moderate depression (PHQ-9 score: 5-14), poor sleep quality (PSQI score: 5-10), or excessive stress load.
4.The female participant is willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.重度焦虑状态（GAD-7>=15）；
2.重度抑郁状态（PHQ-9>=15）；
3.中重度睡眠障碍的：PSQI>10；
4.筛选前3个月内参与过其它临床研究；
5.有严重暴力倾向的；
6.合并严重的或不稳定的心血管、呼吸、肝脏、肾脏、血液、内分泌、神经或其它系统疾病者；
7.视力听力受损或阅读理解障碍影响神经心理评估；
8.临床团队认为可能限制干预依从性的任何因素，如： a)过去 12 个月内酗酒或滥用药物 b)计划在未来两年内搬出研究服务范围，或计划在报名后的一年内离开研究区域超过3个月 c)服药或诊所就诊依从性差的显著历史 d)配偶、重要他人或家庭成员对参与研究的显著担忧 e)主要研究者认为可能干扰研究进行或遵守协议的能力；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe anxiety state (GAD-7 score >=15);
2.Severe depression state (PHQ-9 score >=15);
3.Presence of moderate to severe sleep disorder (PSQI score > 10);
4.Participation in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to screening;
5.History of violent behavior;
6.Comorbid severe or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, renal, hematologic, endocrine, neurologic, or other systemic diseases;
7.Visual or Hearing Impairment, or Reading Comprehension Deficits, Affecting Neuropsychological Assessment;
8.Any factors considered by the clinical team as potentially limiting compliance with the intervention, such as: a) Alcohol or substance abuse within the past 12 months b) Planning to move out of the study service area within the next two years, or planning to be away from the study area for more than 3 months within one year after enrollment c) Significant history of poor compliance with medication or clinic visits;
