研究目的：

本项目拟通过临床大数据和体内外研究，探究情绪、体力活动水平与睡眠质量对牙周炎严重程度影响，确定影响牙周炎的潜在危险因素，减少可改变的危险因素进而延缓牙周炎进展，为牙周炎患者的预防和疾病管理提供新的策略和理论依据，以期实现临床转化，实现良好的社会效益。 主要目的：通过多因素Logistic回归分析计算情绪、体力活动和睡眠各暴露因素的比值比（OR），进而评估各因素对牙周炎严重程度影响的大小和方向。 次要目的：比较不同情绪状态、体力活动水平与睡眠质量暴露中牙周炎严重程度的构成差异。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to investigate the impact of emotional state, physical activity levels, and sleep quality on periodontitis severity through clinical big data and in vitro/in vivo studies. It seeks to identify potential risk factors influencing periodontitis, reduce modifiable risk factors to delay disease progression, and provide new strategies and theoretical foundations for prevention and disease management in periodontitis patients. The ultimate goal is to achieve clinical translation and deliver significant social benefits.Primary Objective: Calculate the odds ratios (OR) for each exposure factor—emotional state, physical activity, and sleep—using multivariate logistic regression analysis to assess the magnitude and direction of their influence on periodontal disease severity.Secondary Objective: Compare compositional differences in periodontal disease severity across varying emotional states, physical activity levels, and sleep quality exposures.

纳入标准：

1.于我院牙周科就诊且完成问卷调查和牙周临床检查的患者 2.自我报告总体健康状况良好，无全身性疾病病史 3.愿意参加研究并提供签署的书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who visited our hospital's periodontology department and completed the questionnaire survey and periodontal clinical examination 2.Self-reported good overall health status with no history of systemic diseases 3.Willingness to participate in the study and provision of a signed written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.孕妇 2.患有糖尿病、高血压等基础疾病 3.六个月内有服用抗生素、免疫抑制剂等药物 4.有家族遗传病病史 5.口腔卫生习惯差 6.近六个月来发生过口腔疼痛的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women 2.Individuals with underlying conditions such as diabetes or hypertension 3.Those who have taken antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or similar medications within the past six months 4.Individuals with a family history of genetic disorders 5.Individuals with poor oral hygiene habits 6.Individuals who have experienced oral pain within the past six months
