研究目的：

本研究基于NCPM模型，旨在构建一套集营养评估、营养诊断、营养干预、营养监测与评价等为一体的科学、合理的结直肠癌患者围术期全程营养管理方案，以改善结直肠癌患者的营养状况，提高手术耐受性、术后康复效果及患者生活质量。提升医护、患者及其家属对围术期全程营养的重视程度及认知水平，加强患者及其家属的营养管理的能力及依从性。同时把该综合方案应用于实际的临床研究，评估基于循证及NCPM模型的结直肠癌患者围术期全程营养管理方案对围术期结直肠癌患者的临床效果，为后续临床实践和推广应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the NCPM model, this study aims to construct a scientific and reasonable perioperative nutrition management program for patients with colorectal cancer that integrates nutritional assessment, nutritional diagnosis, nutritional intervention, nutritional monitoring and evaluation, etc., in order to improve the nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer, and improve the tolerance of surgery, postoperative rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients. Improve the attention and cognition level of medical care, patients and their families on perioperative nutrition, and strengthen the ability and compliance of patients and their families in nutrition management. At the same time, the comprehensive program was applied to actual clinical studies to evaluate the clinical effect of the perioperative whole-course nutrition management program for colorectal cancer patients based on evidence-based and NCPM model, so as to provide reference for subsequent clinical practice and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.经病理学及内镜检查确诊为结直肠癌, 择期行结直肠癌根治术；2.患者术前无其他恶性肿瘤病史；3.年龄≥18岁；4.患者知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Colorectal cancer was diagnosed by pathology and endoscopy, and radical resection of colorectal cancer was performed at an selected time. 2. The patient had no history of other malignant tumors before surgery; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.The patient gives informed consent and signs the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.存在严重心、肝、肺、肾等重要器官功能障碍，内分泌代谢或免疫系统疾病，严重感染及水、电解质平衡紊乱者；2.重度营养不良患者，血清白蛋白< 21 g/L；3.拟接受造口手术者；4.意识障碍等各种原因无法配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction, endocrine metabolism or immune system diseases, serious infections and water and electrolyte balance disorders; 2. In patients with severe malnutrition, serum albumin < 21 g/L; 3. Patients who intend to receive stomy surgery; 4.Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment for various reasons such as consciousness disorders.
