研究目的：

本研究旨在基于舒适护理理论、马斯洛需求层次理论和症状体验理论，结合国内政策及指南的最新要求，构建一套以护士主导的PN患者多维度饥饿感管理模式，并通过信息化工具与标准化护理路径的深度融合，开发PN患者饥饿感动态监测与管理平台，探索并验证该模式的科学性、可行性及有效性，从而提升PN患者的舒适度、依从性及整体生活质量，最终为临床护理实践提供标准化、信息化、同质化的可推广方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a nurse-led, multidimensional hunger management model for parenteral nutrition (PN) patients based on Comfort Care Theory, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory, and Symptom Experience Theory, alongside the latest requirements of domestic policies and guidelines, to construct a nurse-led multidimensional hunger management model for PN patients. Through the deep integration of information technology tools and standardised care pathways, a dynamic monitoring and management platform for hunger in PN patients will be developed. The scientific validity, feasibility, and effectiveness of this model will be explored and validated, thereby enhancing the comfort, compliance, and overall quality of life for PN patients. ultimately providing standardised, informatised, and homogeneous solutions for clinical nursing practice that are readily transferable.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.住院期间接受PN治疗>=3天； 3.具备表达和沟通能力并同意参与访谈。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. received PN treatment for >=3 days during hospitalisation; 3. have the ability to express and communicate and agree to participate in the interview.

排除标准：

精神障碍或病情危重者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with mental disorders or those in critical condition.

Based on the control group, a nurse-led multi-dimensional hunger management model for PN patients was adopted. This included that the responsible nurses conducted daily multi-dimensional hunger assessments for the patients during the PN treatment period (from the beginning to the end of the PN), and implemented dynamic monitoring, personalized intervention and feedback management through information technology tools. Multi-dimensional nursing interventions such as physiology, psychology, social support and environment were carried out.

In the study, a random number generator (https://www.random.org/) was used to generate random numbers. These numbers were sorted from smallest to largest. The first half of the numbers, which were smaller, were assigned to the control group and received routine care; while the second half of the numbers, which were larger, were assigned to the experimental group and received nurse-led multidimensional hunger management for PN patients.

Blinding：

In the implementation of the nurse-led multi-dimensional hunger management for PN patients, it was difficult to achieve blinding for the research subjects and the intervention implementers. Therefore, in this study, only the data collectors (trained postgraduate students in the research group) and the data statisticians (statistical experts) were blinded.
