研究目的：

本研究旨在整合多模态临床数据与组学分析，解析皮肤疾病中的皮肤微生物-宿主互作机制。开发基于多模态信息的??智能深度学习模型，验证其分类效率，为?肤科医?构建??智能辅助的?肤病早期诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to integrate multimodal clinical data with omics analysis to elucidate the mechanisms of skin microbiome-host interactions in dermatological diseases. It seeks to develop an artificial intelligence-based deep learning model utilizing multimodal information, validate its classification efficacy, and establish an AI-assisted early diagnosis model for dermatologists.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断明确，并通过2位以上经验丰富的皮肤科医生或皮肤镜或组织病理学检查得以确认； 2.过去12周内未使用生物制剂； 3.过去4周内未使用全身性类固醇、免疫抑制剂或光疗； 4.过去2周内未使用局部药物； 5.自愿作为受试对象，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed clinical diagnosis, verified by either: At least two experienced dermatologists, OR Dermoscopy OR histopathological examination. 2. No use of biologic agents within the past 12 weeks. 3. No use of systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or phototherapy within the past 4 weeks. 4. No use of topical medications within the past 2 weeks. 5. Voluntary participation as a study subject and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.具有不典型症状； 2.免疫缺陷； 3.无法完成研究：精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of atypical symptoms. 2. Immunodeficiency. 3. Presence of psychiatric disorders that would impede study completion.
