探讨妊娠早期TSH2.5-4.0 mIU/L合并TPOAb阴性对后代智力、运动及生长发育的影响，为妊娠甲状腺疾病的诊断与治疗方案提供更多的循证医学证据，增强母婴健康。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of TSH2.5-4.0 mIU/L combined with negative TPOAb in the first trimester on offspring's intelligence, movement and growth and development, and to provide more evidence-based medical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy thyroid diseases, and enhance maternal and child health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.母亲妊娠年龄在19至40岁之间； 2.2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日在北京大学国际医院或北京市海淀区妇幼保健院完成分娩； 3.妊娠早期TSH 0.1-4.0 mIU/L； 4.单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1. Maternal gestational age ranged from 19 to 40 years; 2. The delivery date should be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in Peking University International Hospital or Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital. 3. TSH in the first trimester was 0.1-4.0 mIU/L; 4. Single pregnancy;

排除标准：

1.妊娠早期TSH 2.5-4.0 mIU/L合并TPOAb阳性、SCH和临床甲状腺功能减退（TSH＞4.0 mIU/L）、临床和或亚临床甲状腺功能亢（TSH＜0.1 mIU/L）和低甲状腺素血症；
2.孕前有甲状腺疾病既往史及家族史、甲状腺肿大、口服避孕药或者任何可能影响甲功能的药物如糖皮质激素等；
3.胎儿宫内窘迫、早产、新生儿窒息、胆红素脑病、缺血缺氧性脑病、低出生体重儿和低血糖；
4.先天性智力障碍和遗传病；
5.资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. TSH 2.5-4.0 mIU/L in the first trimester was associated with positive TPOAb, SCH, clinical hypothyroidism (TSH > 4.0 mIU/L), clinical and or subclinical hyperthyroidism (TSH < 0.1 mIU/L), and hypothyroxinemia. 2. Previous history of thyroid disease, goiter, oral contraceptives or any drugs that may affect nail function such as glucocorticoids before pregnancy; 3. Fetal distress, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, bilirubin encephalopathy, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, low birth weight and hypoglycemia; 4. Congenital intellectual disability and genetic diseases; 5. The data was incomplete.
