研究目的：

本研究旨在探索急性肠系膜缺血患者（AMI）的早期临床特征，包括年龄、性别、临床表现、合并症、腹部手术史、病因、影像学表现、实验室检查结果等对其死亡的影响,构建临床预测模型，以期能够提高对AMI死亡高危人群的识别，协助医务人员对患者和家属提供更准确的临床信息，同时优化治疗方案，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the impact of early clinical features, including age, gender, clinical manifestations, comorbidities, abdominal surgery history, etiology, imaging findings, and laboratory test results, on mortality in patients with acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI), and to develop a clinical prediction model. The goal is to improve the identification of high-risk AMI mortality groups, assist medical staff in providing more accurate clinical information to patients and their families, while optimizing treatment plans and enhancing patient outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）具有腹痛等临床表现；（2）经影像学特征、手术探查或术后病理发现肠系膜动脉或静脉中存在血栓或栓子；（3）主要诊断为急性肠系膜缺血的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical manifestations such as abdominal pain; 2. Imaging findings, surgical exploration, or postoperative pathology revealing thrombus or embolus in the mesenteric artery or vein; 3. Hospitalized patients with a primary diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemia.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18岁；（2）孕妇；（3）确诊后拒绝进一步治疗，自动离院的患者；（4）慢性肠系膜缺血；（5）其他原因（如肠扭转、肠套叠、外伤等）导致的肠缺血及缺血性结肠炎；（6）合并其他严重感染性疾病；（7）合并恶性肿瘤晚期；（8）临床资料缺失较多的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients who refuse further treatment after diagnosis and voluntarily leave the hospital; 4. Chronic mesenteric ischemia; 5. Intestinal ischemia and ischemic colitis caused by other reasons (e.g., intestinal volvulus, intussusception, trauma, etc.); 6. Concurrent severe infectious diseases; 7. Concurrent advanced malignant tumors; 8. Patients with significant gaps in clinical documentation.
