研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是从维生素D联合细胞因子出发，通过建立相应的预测模型探求早期诊断BPD敏感性或特异性较高的综合指标，以期为BPD的发病机制、预防和治疗提供更充分的临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to start from vitamin D combined with cytokines, establish a corresponding prediction model to explore comprehensive indicators with high sensitivity or specificity for early diagnosis of BPD, so as to provide more sufficient clinical basis for the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of BPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.胎龄<32周且出生体重<1,500 g的早产儿； 2.家属均签署知情同意书，同意纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Premature infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks and a birth weight of less than 1,500 g; 2.All family members signed the informed consent form, agreeing to be included in this study.

排除标准：

1.先天畸形或染色体异常； 2.遗传代谢性疾病； 3.严重感染； 4.其他系统严重并发症如颅内出血等； 5.信息不全； 6.患儿死亡或家属要求放弃治疗； 7.家属拒绝配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital malformations or chromosomal abnormalities; 2. Genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Severe infection; 4. Other serious systemic complications such as intracranial hemorrhage, etc. 5. Incomplete information; 6. The child patient dies or the family requests to abandon the treatment; 7. The family members refused to cooperate with the research.
