研究目的：

基于患者的临床资料与风险因素变量构建预测出血性卒中IDDVT形成的风险预测模型，提高医护人员对出血性卒中IDDVT的认知和风险意识，对其及时准确预警，为医护人员采取针对性的干预策略提供依据，进而降低出血性IDDVT的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on patients' clinical data and risk factor variables, a risk prediction model for hemorrhagic stroke-induced deep vein thrombosis (DVT) formation is constructed. This model aims to enhance medical staff's understanding and risk awareness of hemorrhagic stroke-induced DVT, provide timely and accurate early warning, and provide a basis for medical staff to adopt targeted intervention strategies, thereby reducing the incidence of hemorrhagic DVT.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁； 2.经头颅CT或MRI确诊为脑出血（ICH）或蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）； 3.从卒中发作到入院的时间 < 24小时； 4.完成下肢静脉超声筛查；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) or subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) via cranial CT or MRI; 3. The time from stroke onset to hospital admission is less than 24 hours; 4. Complete lower limb venous ultrasound screening.

排除标准：

1.入院时已存在DVT； 2.合并恶性肿瘤； 3.近期有抗凝治疗的患者； 4.病例资料缺失影响IDDVT诊断的病人或病例数据缺失>20%的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with DVT upon admission; 2. Patients with concurrent malignancy; 3. Patients who have recently undergone anticoagulant therapy; 4. Patients whose case records are incomplete, affecting the diagnosis of IDDVT, or patients with >20% missing case data.

数据的收集和整理 本研究利用医院信息系统(HIS)收集患者病历资料进行回顾性分析，严格按照纳入排除标准筛选病例，将所得数据录入 Excel 表内，并进行双人核对，确保数据真实准确。 数据的整理 采取双人双录入的模式，将收集的资料录入文件中，并利用 Excel 软件中的 Vlookup 函数和查重功能，对数据进行双核对，确保数据录入的准确性和完整性，建立出血性卒中 IDDVT 的风险因素数据库。

Data collection and collation This study utilized the Hospital Information System (HIS) to collect patient medical records for retrospective analysis. Cases were strictly screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the obtained data were entered into Excel spreadsheets and double-checked to ensure their authenticity and accuracy. Data sorting Adopting a dual-entry model, the collected data is entered into a file, and the Vlookup function and duplicate checking feature in Excel software are utilized to perform double verification on the data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry. A database of risk factors for hemorrhagic stroke IDDVT is established.
