研究目的：

通过术中软组织平衡的客观评估，研究其与术后关节运动学的相关性，通过三维步态分析揭示软组织平衡程度对下肢功能恢复的影响，完善传统临床评分的主观局限性，为术后疗效评价提供客观依据。为临床医生提供客观的软组织平衡客观数据参考，辅助制定个体化手术方案，提升老年骨关节炎患者术后生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the objective assessment of soft tissue balance, this study investigates its correlation with postoperative joint kinematics. By utilizing three-dimensional gait analysis, it reveals the impact of the degree of soft tissue balance on lower limb functional recovery, thereby addressing the subjective limitations of traditional clinical scoring systems and providing an objective basis for postoperative efficacy evaluation. The findings aim to offer clinicians objective data references for soft tissue balance, assist in the formulation of individualized surgical plans, and ultimately improve the postoperative quality of life for elderly patients with osteoarthritis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为膝骨关节炎且具备手术指征。符合中华医学会骨科学分会制定的《中国骨关节炎诊疗指南(2021年版)》中的诊断标准。 2.患膝内翻畸形≤25°，屈曲畸形≤25°，手术前后抽屉试验结果≤5 mm，应力试验内外翻不稳定性≤10°。 3.患者语言表达清晰，无精神或其他重大疾病。 4 .BMI ＜ 35 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and meeting surgical indications, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2021 Edition)issued by the Chinese Orthopaedic Association. 2. The affected knee exhibits varus deformity <= 25°, flexion deformity <= 25°, anterior/posterior drawer test result <= 5 mm before and after surgery, and varus/valgus instability <= 10° on stress testing. 3. The patient has clear verbal expression ability and is free of psychiatric or other major systemic diseases. 4. BMI < 35 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.感染性膝关节炎，或合并其他感染性疾病，不满足TKA手术适应证者； 2.严重骨缺损患者。 3.合并其他重大原发性疾病，不能耐受手术者。 4.不能独立行走、完成步态分析。 5.合并脊柱、髋、足踝或神经系统等影响行走的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with infectious knee arthritis or other infectious diseases, who do not meet the indications for total knee arthroplasty (TKA). 2. Patients with severe bone defects. 3. Patients with other major underlying diseases that cannot tolerate surgery. 4. Patients unable to walk independently or complete gait analysis. 5. Patients with coexisting spinal, hip, foot/ankle, or neurological disorders that affect walking ability.
