药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者于我院择期进行基础麻醉下玻切术 2.年龄不小于65岁 3.吸氧时间不低于1小时

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient underwent elective vitrectomy under basal anesthesia at our hospital. 2. The patient's age is no less than 65 years old. 3. The oxygen inhalation time is not less than 1 hour.

排除标准：

1.患者意识障碍无法配合 2.合并严重脏器功能不全 3.重度I型呼吸衰竭 4.中重度呼吸性酸中毒高碳酸血症（pH<7.30） 5.伴有精神障碍等疾病 6.本人或家属拒绝入组

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with impaired consciousness who are unable to cooperate. 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction. 3. Severe type I respiratory failure. 4. Moderate to severe respiratory acidosis with hypercapnia (pH < 7.30). 5. Patients with concurrent mental disorders or other relevant diseases. 6. Patients or their family members refuse enrollment in the study.
