研究疾病：

长年累月的工作磨损以及不恰当的活动姿势,可导致老年患者出现不同程度椎体劳损疾病,如腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎椎管狭窄等。椎体开放手术具有时间长、创伤大、出血多、术后急剧疼痛等缺点。因此,保证椎体开放手术的顺利开展、减轻患者术后切口疼痛及防治各种并发症则成为围术期的重点。  

Target disease：

Years of work wear and inappropriate posture can lead to different degrees of vertebral body strain diseases in elderly patients, such as lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis. Open vertebral surgery has the disadvantages of long time, large trauma, more bleeding, and acute postoperative pain. Therefore, ensuring the smooth development of open vertebral surgery, reducing postoperative

研究目的：

探索在择期脊柱手术术后疼痛治疗中，泰吉利定相比传统阿片药物可提供更优的术后镇痛效果，以及更低的相关副反应发生率，提高患者术后恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

In the treatment of postoperative pain after elective spinal surgery, compared with traditional opioid drugs, Taglidine can provide better postoperative analgesic effects and a lower incidence of related side effects, and improve the postoperative recovery quality of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期脊柱手术患者；
2.年龄≥65 岁；
3.ASA I-III 级；
4.BMI 18-35 kg/m2；
5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients scheduled for spinal surgery; 2.Age >= 65 years old; 3.ASA I-III; 4.BMI 18-35 kg/m^2; 5.Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前 MMSE 评分≤17 分或不能完成量表评估的患者；
2.合并精神疾病史、慢性疼痛史、酒精或毒品滥用史；
3.严重心、肺、肝、肾功能明显异常（转 氨酶升高 2 倍及以上）；
4.对试验用药过敏；
5.体重＜45kg，BMI＞35kg/m2；
6.术 前 PaO2＜60 mmHg 或 SpO2＜92% ；
7.过去 30 天之内参与了另外的药物临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a preoperative MMSE score of <= 17 or who cannot complete the scale assessment; 2.History of combined mental illness, chronic pain, alcohol or drug abuse; 3.Severe significant abnormalities in heart, lung, liver and kidney functions (transaminase levels increase by 2 times or more); 4.Allergic to the test drug; 5.Weight < 45kg, BMI > 35kg/m^2; 6.Preoperative PaO2 < 60 mmHg or SpO2 < 92%; 7.Participated in other drug clinical studies within the past 30 days.
