通过临床指征和基于色氨酸代谢产物谱的实验室指征，构建列线图预测模型，并评估模型对AP患者继发性感染发生率的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By utilizing clinical indicators and laboratory indicators based on tryptophan metabolite profiles, a nomogram prediction model was constructed and its predictive value for the incidence of secondary infections in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) was evaluated.
