探索坚果促进GLP-1分泌，进而改善T2DM患者抑郁的作用  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effect of nuts on improving depression in T2DM patients by promoting GLP-1 secretion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合WHO1999诊断标准的T2DM患者； 2.年龄40~80岁； 3.干预前半个月无口服降糖药或胰岛素调整者； 4.有良好的沟通和语言表达能力者； 5.知情同意，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with T2DM who meet the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 40–80 years; 3. No adjustments to oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin in the half month prior to intervention; 4. Those with good communication and language skills; 5. Those who provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.FBG>=16.7mmol/L； 2.规律食用坚果>=4袋/周者； 3.对坚果过敏和咀嚼困难者； 4.合并其他严重疾病或并发症（如恶性肿瘤，严重肝、肾功能损害等）者； 5.患有严重精神疾病及认知功能障碍者； 6.接受抗抑郁治疗或使用精神药物者； 7.妊娠或处于哺乳期者； 8.使用GLP-1受体激动剂或二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂者； 9.近期有腹泻或患胃肠道疾病者； 10.饮食不规律、社会应酬较多者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. FBG >= 16.7 mmol/L; 2. Those who regularly consume nuts >= 4 bags/week; 3. Those allergic to nuts or having difficulty chewing; 4. Those with other serious diseases or complications (such as malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, etc.); 5. Those with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 6. Those receiving antidepressant treatment or using psychiatric medications; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals; 8. Those using GLP-1 receptor agonists or DPP-4 inhibitors; 9. Those who have recently had diarrhea or gastrointestinal diseases; 10. Those with irregular diets or frequent social engagements.
