研究目的：

1.明确 PSCI 患者在无刺激、水刺激、味觉刺激条件下执行 Stroop 任务的注意功能表现及 MoCA 量表注意维度得分差异，观察味觉刺激与注意功能表现的关联强度。 2.探究三种刺激条件下 PSCI 患者执行注意任务时大脑皮层激活差异，揭示味觉刺激影响 PSCI 患者注意功能的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To clarify the attention function performance and the differences in the MoCA scale attention dimension scores of PSCI patients when performing the Stroop task under conditions of no stimulation, water stimulation, and taste stimulation, and to observe the association strength between taste stimulation and attention function performance. 2. To explore the differences in cerebral cortex activation when PSCI patients perform attention tasks under three stimulation conditions, and to reveal the neural mechanism by which taste stimulation affects the attention function of PSCI patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初次为卒中后认知障碍发病，发病时间 2 周 - 6 月；
2.符合《脑血管病防治指南 2024 版》和（或）《卒中后认知障碍管理专家共识2021》卒中后认知障碍的诊断标准；
3.无明确的癫痫病史或癫痫家族史；
4.有头颅 MRI 或 CT 的影像学证据；
5.年龄 50-75 岁，右利手；
6.视觉正常、病情稳定、神志清楚；
7.MoCA 评分 18-26 分；
8.同意签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.First-time onset of post-stroke cognitive impairment, with onset duration ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months;
2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment outlined in the “Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2024 Edition” and/or the “Expert Consensus on Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment 2021”;
3.No history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy;
4.Imaging evidence from cranial MRI or CT;
5.Age 50–75 years, right-handed;
6.Normal vision, stable condition, and alert mental status;
7.MoCA score of 18–26;
8.Willingness to sign an informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.颅骨缺损；
2.既往有脑卒中病史；
3.有严重并发症者，病情反复不能配合者；
4.味觉障碍患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cranial bone defect;
2.History of cerebrovascular accident;
3.Patients with severe complications or recurrent conditions who are unable to cooperate;
4.Patients with taste disorders;
