探讨不同运动方式对肥胖个体抑制功能的行为与神经机制  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the behavioral and neural mechanisms underlying the effects of different exercise modalities on inhibitory control in individuals with obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.18–45 岁； 2.BMI >= 28 kg·m^?2； 3.右利手，视力或矫正视力正常； 4.无规律锻炼（<150 min·wk^?1 中等强度）； 5.能够理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18–45 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg·m^?2; 3. Right-handed, normal or corrected-to-normal vision; 4. No regular exercise (<150 min·wk^?1 of moderate intensity); 5. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.医生诊断的心血管、呼吸、代谢或骨关节急性疾病； 2.神经或精神疾病史，癫痫，光敏性癫痫； 3.服用影响心率和中枢神经药物； 4.近 3 月参与其他干预性运动或认知训练； 5.不能耐受功率车运动或脑电电极过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, or musculoskeletal conditions diagnosed by a physician; 2.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, epilepsy, or photosensitive epilepsy; 3.Current use of medications that affect heart rate or the central nervous system; 4.Participation in other interventional exercise or cognitive training within the past 3 months; 5.Inability to tolerate cycle-ergometer exercise or allergic reaction to EEG electrodes.

由一名不参与受试者招募、测评或干预的独立统计员使用 SAS 9.4 的 PROC PLAN 过程，按 1:1 比例生成长度为 4 的区组随机序列，共 7 个区组（28 个序号）。随机序列产生后即刻导出为 PDF，仅限该统计员与项目数据安全官可访问。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

An independent statistician who is not involved in participant recruitment, assessment, or intervention will generate the allocation sequence using the PROC PLAN procedure in SAS 9.4. A 1:1 ratio block randomization with block size 4 will be employed, producing seven blocks (28 positions). The sequence will be exported to an encrypted PDF file immediately after generation and will be accessible only to this statistician and the study data-security officer.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集和管理 (1) 行为学数据：通过 E-Prime 3.0 现场采集，生成 .edat3 原始文件；经 E-DataAid 导出为 Excel 汇总表，表中仅保留匿名编号。 (2) 脑电数据：使用 Curry 8 采集并存储为 .cnt 格式，文件名与匿名编号对应。 (3) 数据管理：所有电子文件保存在加密移动硬盘及校内加密网盘，实行“双人双备份”制度；Excel 汇总表设置只读权限，修改需二次审批。数据锁定后导出为 CSV 供统计分析，锁定日志与数据字典一并上传至 OSF。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Behavioural data are collected with E-Prime 3.0 and exported to Excel summary sheets that contain only anonymous IDs. EEG data are acquired with Curry 8 and stored as .cnt files linked to the same IDs. All electronic files are kept on an encrypted external drive and an encrypted university network drive with dual-backup and read-only access; any changes require secondary approval. After database lock, the final CSV datasets and lock log are uploaded to OSF.
