研究目的：

本研究旨在基于横断面调查方式，评估我国0–12岁儿童在不同年龄阶段的16种维生素水平特征，探讨维生素缺乏的发生率、分布模式及其与生长发育、营养状况和常见健康问题的相关性。研究将不预设分组，统一采集样本后结合体格测量、病史与评估量表进行分层分析，力求真实反映儿童群体中维生素缺乏的现状。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of 16 vitamin levels in children aged 0-12 in China at different age stages based on a cross-sectional survey, and explore the incidence, distribution patterns, and correlation with growth and development, nutritional status, and common health problems of vitamin deficiency. The study will not pre-set grouping, but will collect samples uniformly and conduct stratified analysis based on physical measurements, medical history, and evaluation scales, aiming to truly reflect the current situation of vitamin deficiency in the child population.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 0–12 岁儿童；男女比例近似相等； 2.由儿科或儿保门诊就诊，家长签署知情同意； 3.无严重慢性疾病影响者（如先天性代谢病、重大器质性疾病等）； 4.能配合完成体格测量与微量采血; 5.健康对照组的研究参与者还需满足正常体重、无营养失衡、贫血、反复感染等病史，并且营养评估 Z 值评分无异常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: Children 0–12 years old; roughly equal male-to-female ratio; 2. Visiting pediatric or child health clinics, with parental informed consent; 3. No severe chronic diseases affecting health (such as congenital metabolic disorders, major organic diseases, etc.); 4. Able to cooperate with physical measurements and micro blood sampling; 5. Participants in the healthy control group must also meet the criteria of normal weight, no history of nutritional imbalance, anemia, recurrent infections, etc., and have normal nutritional assessment Z-score results.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性疾病或严重疾病（如癌症、先天性疾病等）的儿童； 2.存在无法采集血液样本的儿童。

1. Children suffering from chronic or serious illnesses (such as cancer, congenital diseases, etc.); 2. Children from whom blood samples cannot be collected.
