研究目的：

我们设想将虚拟现实技术应用于经阴道分娩的初产妇，以帮助产妇分散注意力，减轻产妇的分娩疼痛和焦虑情绪；通过虚拟现实技术帮助初产妇更直观地了解分娩过程，增加产妇分娩信心，促进分娩进程，提高产妇的分娩体验，增加就医满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

We propose the application of virtual reality (VR) technology to primiparous women undergoing vaginal delivery to help divert their attention, alleviate labor pain and anxiety, and provide an intuitive understanding of the childbirth process. This approach aims to enhance maternal confidence, promote labor progression, improve the overall childbirth experience, and increase patient satisfaction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初产妇； 2.拟经阴道自然分娩； 3.孕 >=37 周； 4.宫口开至<=3cm； 5.已行硬膜外阻滞分娩镇痛

Inclusion criteria

1. First-time mothers; 2. Intended vaginal natural delivery; 3. Pregnancy >=37 weeks; 4. Dilate the cervix to less than or equal to 3cm; 5. Epidural block for labor analgesia has been performed

排除标准：

1.严重的晕动病； 2.活动性恶心及呕吐； 3.癫痫病史； 4.视听障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe motion sickness;
2.Active nausea and vomiting;
3.History of epilepsy;
4.Visual or auditory impairments;
