研究目的：

本研究旨在从健康人、结直肠癌患者血浆来源外泌体出发，利用蛋白质组学技术找到了适用于结直肠癌样本的外泌体特异性标志物，探究预防和治疗结直肠癌的潜在靶点，为防治结直肠癌疾病提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of this study are to identify exosome-specific protein markers suitable for colorectal cancer (CRC) samples from plasma-derived exosomes of healthy individuals and CRC patients using proteomics technology, to explore potential targets for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer, and to provide new insights for the control of this disease.

纳入标准：

1.男女不限 2.年龄为 50-70 岁 3.明确诊断结直肠癌 4. 局部进展可切除

Inclusion criteria

1. Open to both men and women 2. Aged between 50 and 70 years 3. Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer 4. Locally advanced, resectable

排除标准：

1.已行术前新辅助治疗；
2.晚期患者；
3.术后复发；
4.转移性肿瘤；
5.其他恶性肿瘤病史（3年内）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have received preoperative neoadjuvant therapy.
2.Patients with advanced (stage III/IV), metastatic, or postoperatively recurrent colorectal cancer.
3.Patients with a history of other malignancies within the past 3 years.
