研究目的：

探讨影响慢性病患者身体活动的影响因素；基于对身体活动影响因素分析，构建慢性病患者身体活动的促进方案；通过对比方案前后慢性病患者身体活动变化，检验身体活动促进效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the influencing factors affecting the physical activities of patients with chronic diseases; Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of physical activity, a promotion plan for physical activity of patients with chronic diseases is constructed. By comparing the changes in physical activity of patients with chronic diseases before and after the plan, the promoting effect of physical activity was examined.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患有一种及以上的成年慢性病患者，以常见糖尿病、肥胖症、高血压为主。 2.无精神疾病既往史及家族史。 3.视听正常，具备有效交流及一定的学习和理解能力。 4.自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients with one or more chronic diseases, mainly common ones such as diabetes, obesity and hypertension. 2. No previous history of mental illness or family history. 3. Normal vision and hearing, with effective communication skills and certain learning and comprehension abilities. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性病急性并发症。 2.因慢性病导致的严重器官质性病变不能配合研究进行。 3.有药物或酒精依赖。 4.有运动疗法禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from acute complications of chronic diseases. 2. Severe organogenous lesions caused by chronic diseases cannot cooperate with the research. 3. Have drug or alcohol dependence. 4. There are contraindications for exercise therapy.
