To test whether Coenzyme 1 improves aging in elderly patients: To investigate the mechanisms by which coenzyme 1 improves aging in patients:

纳入标准：

患者60例，年龄≥60岁，性别不限，患者或主要家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

There were 60 patients, aged >= 60 years, of either sex, with signed informed consent from the patient or the primary family member.

排除标准：

①急性炎症状态；②合并器官功能不全；③严重心律失常；④休克状态；⑤严重营养不良；⑥未控制的高血压

Exclusion criteria：

1 acute inflammatory state; 2 combined organ dysfunction; 3 severe arrhythmia; 4 shock state; 5 severe malnutrition; 6 uncontrolled hypertension

用药组使用注射用辅酶1（恩艾地），静脉滴注3个月，每周2次，每次剂量为15mg,临用前用100ml注射用氯化钠注射液稀释
