研究目的：

主要目的是评估下腔静脉塌陷指数对全麻老年患者术后低血压发生的预测准确性；次要目的包括分析不同手术类型、基础疾病状态下 IVC-CI 预测效能的差异 。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to evaluate the predictive effect of inferior vena cava collapse index on the occurrence of postoperative hypotension in older patients under general anesthesia accuracy ; Secondary objectives include analyzing the predictive performance of IVC-CI in different surgical types and underlying disease states Difference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=65 岁，拟行择期全麻手术，手术时间预计超过 1 小时； 2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级 Ⅰ - Ⅲ 级； 3.患者或其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=65 years old, it is proposed to perform elective total anesthesia surgery, and the operation time is expected to exceed 1 hour; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III; 3.The patient or his/her family sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重心脏瓣膜疾病、心肌病影响心脏血流动力学；2.有下腔静脉畸形、 血栓或局部病变， 干扰超声影像观察; 3.肝肾功能衰竭终末期，预期寿命短；4.无法配合完成超声检查及相关监测流程。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is a serious heart valve disease and cardiomyopathy affecting cardiac hemodynamics; 2. There is Inferior vena cava malformation, thrombosis or local lesions interfere with ultrasound imaging observation; 3. The terminal stage of liver and kidney failure, Short life expectancy; 4. Unable to cooperate with the completion of ultrasound examination and related monitoring processes.
