研究目的：

1. 构建适用于老年人认知功能的多领域干预模式。 2. 对构建的干预模式进行综合评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a multi-domain intervention model tailored to the cognitive function of older adults. 2. Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the developed intervention model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.60岁及以上； 2.简易智力状态检查（MMSE）评分≥18分； 3.教育年限不足6年； 4.满足以下认知能力下降风险因素中的任意一个：(1).有高血压；(2).有糖尿病；(3)有高血脂；(4)头部曾受过外伤；(5)缺乏身体活动；(6)吸烟；(7)饮酒过量；(8)BMI≥28kg/m2；(9)老年抑郁量表-15（GDS-15）评分在5到9之间；(10)社交不频繁；(11)所处环境有空气污染； 5.能够参与干预活动并遵守研究程序； 6.愿意并能够提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60 years or older; 2. A score of >=18 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); 3.Fewer than 6 years of formal education; 4. Meeting at least one of the following risk factors for cognitive decline: (1) History of hypertension; (2) History of diabetes mellitus; (3)Hyperlipidemia; (4)History of head trauma; (5)Physical inactivity; (6)Current smoking; (7)Excessive alcohol consumption; (8)Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥28 kg/m2; (9)A score between 5 and 9 on the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15); (10)Infrequent social engagement; (11) Exposure to ambient air pollution; 5. Physically and mentally capable of participating in the intervention and complying with the study procedures; 6. Willing and able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有痴呆症或其他主要神经退行性疾病； 2.有任何影响受试者参与多领域干预的疾病，包括精神疾病、恶性疾病、近期中风、血压失控等； 3.严重的视觉、听觉或言语障碍；4.共同参与任何其他干预试验；5.计划在24个月内搬家。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosis of dementia or other major neurodegenerative diseases; 2. Presence of any comorbidity that could impede participation in the multi-domain intervention, including psychiatric disorders, active malignancy, recent stroke, uncontrolled hypertension, among others; 3. Severe visual, auditory, or speech impairments; 4. Concurrent participation in any other interventional trial; 5. Plans to relocate within the 24-month study period.

本研究采用整群随机化方法将所有群组以1：1的比例分配至干预组与对照组。研究对象不会被告知自己分到哪个组，并要求不同群组间的居民不能交流与干预有关的内容。随机分配序列由独立于本研究团队之外的统计人员负责生成。

This study employed a cluster randomization design. An independent statistician generated the allocation sequence, which assigned all clusters to either the intervention or control group in a 1:1 ratio. Participants were not informed of their group assignment, and communication regarding the intervention content between different clusters was prohibited to minimize the risk of contamination.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的CRF为结构化问卷，用于采集所有受试者的社会人口学特征、认知功能、体力活动水平、饮食习惯等数据。使用ResMan作为EDC。

The CRF for this study is a structured questionnaire designed to collect data from all participants, including sociodemographic characteristics, cognitive function, physical activity levels, and dietary habits. ResMan is employed as the EDC system.
