Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of single ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block on patients with severe preoperative anxiety after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >=18岁； 2.APAIS评分 > 13分； 3.美国麻醉医师协会分级（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）I-Ⅲ级； 4.行择期手术需要全身麻醉的的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. APAIS score > 13 points; 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III; 4. Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia.

排除标准：

1.精神状态改变，不适宜量表评估者； 2.注射部位感染； 3.对注射药物过敏； 4.拒绝试验者； 5.拒绝使用术后镇痛者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with altered mental status unsuitable for scale assessment; 2. Infection at the injection site; 3. Allergy to the injected medication; 4. Patients refusing participation in the trial; 5. Patients refusing postoperative analgesia.

超声探头横向置于胸锁乳突肌表面平环状软骨切迹水平，扫查至C6椎体水平，在C6椎体水平气管和颈动脉之间，稍加用力探头把颈动脉推向一侧，显示C6横突及其突出的前后结节，以及被椎前筋膜覆盖位于横突浅面的颈长肌。持22 G、5 cm短斜面穿刺针，采用外侧平面内入路，穿刺针依次经过胸锁乳突肌和前斜角肌，然后穿过C6横突前结节和颈静脉之间区域进入直至颈长肌前方、椎前筋膜深面，回抽无血注入0.7%利多卡因10 mL。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

Place the ultrasound probe horizontally on the surface of the sternocleidomastoid muscle at the level of the cricoid cartilage notch, and scan to the level of the C6 vertebral body. At the level of the C6 vertebral body, between the trachea and the carotid artery, gently push the carotid artery to one side with the probe to display the C6 transverse process and its prominent anterior and posterior tubercles, as well as the longus colli muscle covered by the prevertebral fascia on the superficial surface of the transverse process. Hold a 22 G, 5 cm short - bevel puncture needle and use the lateral in - plane approach. The puncture needle passes through the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the anterior scalene muscle in turn, then passes through the area between the anterior tubercle of the C6 transverse process and the jugular vein until it reaches the front of the longus colli muscle and the deep surface of the prevertebral fascia. Aspirate to confirm no blood return, then inject 10 mL of 0.7% lidocaine.
