研究目的：

探究幽门螺杆菌长期感染后，大多数人处于无症状状态的原因； 其他胃部共生菌是否加速或者抑制了胃部疾病发展的进程。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the reasons why most people remain asymptomatic after long-term infection with Helicobacter pylori; Does other symbiotic bacteria in the stomach accelerate or inhibit the progression of gastric diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为18至60岁 （2）诊断为幽门螺杆菌感染，且为无症状或慢性浅表性胃炎症状者；或幽门螺杆菌感染阴性且无胃部疾病者。慢性浅表性胃炎症状指：受试者可有不同程度的消化不良症状，如进食后上腹部不适、隐痛，伴嗳气、恶心、反酸，偶有呕吐。无症状指：未出现上述消化不良症状的受试者。 符合《幽门螺杆菌感染基层诊疗指南（实践版·2019）》中关于 Hp感染的诊断标准，即符合下述 3 项之一者可判断为Hp现症感染： a. 胃黏膜组织快速尿素酶试验（RUT）、组织切片染色或细菌培养3项中任一项阳性； b. 13C-尿素酶呼气测试（13C-UBT）或14C-UBT显示幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性。 c. 粪便 Hp抗原（HpSA）检测（经临床验证的单克隆抗体法）阳性；血清 Hp 抗体检测（经临床验证、准确性高的试剂）阳性，且从未治疗者。 （3）自愿接受胃镜检查，且提供胃黏膜样本者。 （4）自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range from 18 to 60 years old (2) Diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection and asymptomatic or symptomatic chronic superficial gastritis; Or those who are negative for Helicobacter pylori infection and have no stomach diseases. The symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis refer to varying degrees of digestive discomfort in the subject, such as upper abdominal discomfort, dull pain after eating, accompanied by belching, nausea, acid reflux, and occasional vomiting. Asymptomatic refers to subjects who have not experienced the aforementioned digestive symptoms. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for Hp infection in the "Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Helicobacter pylori Infection (Practice Edition · 2019)", that is, those who meet one of the following three criteria, can be judged as Hp current infection: a. Positive for any one of the three tests, including rapid urease test (RUT), tissue section staining, or bacterial culture, in gastric mucosal tissue; b. 13C urease breath test (13C-UBT) or 14C-UBT shows positive for Helicobacter pylori infection. c. Fecal Hp antigen (HpSA) detection (clinically validated monoclonal antibody method) is positive; The serum Hp antibody test (a clinically validated and highly accurate reagent) is positive for individuals who have never received treatment. (3) Those who voluntarily undergo gastroscopy examination and provide gastric mucosal samples. (4) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）年龄在18岁以下或60岁以上。 （2）目前处于怀孕期、哺乳期或备孕期者。 （3）患有精神疾病，免疫系统疾病，心血管、肺、肝、肾疾病，恶性肿瘤，凝血障碍等者。 （4）先前有幽门螺旋杆菌感染治疗史者。 （5）4周内使用过抗生素、益生菌、质子泵抑制剂、H2受体拮抗剂、铋制剂、泻药、止泻药或某些抗菌中药者。 （6）有胃肠道手术史者。 （7）其他临床医生认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age below 18 or above 60 years old. (2) Those currently in pregnancy, lactation, or pre pregnancy. (3) Individuals with mental illnesses, immune system disorders, cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney diseases, malignant tumors, coagulation disorders, etc. (4) Individuals with a history of treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection. (5) Individuals who have used antibiotics, probiotics, proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth preparations, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, or certain antibacterial traditional Chinese medicines within the past 4 weeks. (6) Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal surgery. (7) Other clinical doctors believe that participants are not suitable for this trial.
