研究目的：

1.开发适合安宁疗护专科护士的接纳承诺疗法工作坊培训方案，并评估其对护士的干预效果。 2.评估ACT工作坊培训对安宁疗护专科护士心理灵活性、认知融合、自我效能及死亡工作自我能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) workshop training program tailored for hospice and palliative care nurses, and evaluate its effectiveness as an intervention for nurses. 2. Assess the impact of ACT workshop training on hospice and palliative care nurses' psychological flexibility, cognitive fusion, self-efficacy, and death work self-competence.

纳入标准：

1.具有执业资格的注册护士； 2.在安宁疗护科室工作满1年以上； 3.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书； 4.年龄在>=20岁； 5.能够全程参与培训和评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered nurses with professional qualifications; 2. Have worked in the palliative care department for more than 1 year; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Aged 20 years or older; 5. Able to participate in the entire training and assessment.

排除标准：

1.近期（3个月内）经历重大负性生活事件； 2.有严重精神障碍或正在接受心理治疗； 3.计划在研究期间休长假或离职； 4.参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recently (within the past 3 months) experienced major negative life events; 2. Has severe mental disorders or is currently receiving psychological treatment; 3. Plans to take long leave or resign during the study period; 4. Participating in other interventional studies.

A block randomization method was employed with block size 4. An independent statistician generated random sequences using SPSS 29.0, placing the allocation results into sequentially numbered, opaque sealed envelopes. Eligible subjects opened the envelope corresponding to their sequential number upon enrollment to determine their group assignment.
