研究目的:

本研究通过对大学生脊柱健康与核心稳定性及呼吸对称性的关联性研究,深入探究脊柱健康—核心稳定性—呼吸对称性之间的作用机制,并以此为基础设计并实施基于呼吸对称的核心稳定性训练教育方案,以改善大学生脊柱健康状况,提高脊柱的稳定性。  

Objectives of Study:

This study investigates the correlation between spinal health, core stability, and respiratory symmetry among university students. It aims to explore the underlying mechanisms connecting spinal health, core stability, and respiratory symmetry. Based on these findings, a targeted educational program centered on respiratory-symmetry-based core stability training will be designed and implemented to improve spinal health and enhance spinal stability in the student population.

纳入标准:

1.年龄在18-24岁; 2.存在脊柱健康问题; 3.自愿参加并签署知情同意书; 4.无急性呼吸道感染或近期(过去3个月)急性运动损伤,能配合全部测试与训练。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 24 years; 2. Have spinal health issues; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent; 4. No acute respiratory infections or recent (within the past 3 months) acute sports injuries, and able to cooperate with all tests and training.

排除标准:

1.诊断为先天性或继发性严重脊柱侧弯(需外科或特殊医疗干预)或椎体发育严重异常; 2.正在接受其他可能影响试验结局的治疗(如脊柱手术、长期药物治疗、其他系统性康复干预); 3.对实验程序消极回避、无法按要求完成训练或测量; 4.既往曾接受与本研究相同/相近干预且影响基线状态。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Diagnosed with congenital or secondary severe scoliosis (requiring surgical or specialized medical intervention) or severe vertebral developmental abnormalities; 2. Currently undergoing other treatments that may affect trial outcomes (such as spinal surgery, long-term medication, or other systemic rehabilitation interventions); 3. Passively avoids experimental procedures or is unable to complete training or measurements as required; 4. Has previously received the same or similar interventions as this study that could affect baseline status.

意识建立(5分钟): 姿势: 仰卧,膝盖弯曲,双脚平放于地面,全身放松。 步骤: 引导患者将双手分别置于下肋骨两侧。进行缓慢的鼻吸口呼。关注吸气时两侧肋骨是否均匀向外扩张,呼气时是否平缓对称地内收。目标是在无不适的前提下,感受呼吸的对称性。 脊柱链式运动热身(10分钟): 姿势: 坐姿 步骤: 引导患者进行脊柱额状面、矢状面、水平面的链式运动,为后面的训练进行热身 对称呼吸结合核心激活(10分钟): 步骤: 根据不同脊柱侧弯情况,在臀桥、平板支撑、死虫式等核心稳定训练中增加呼吸对称训练,引导气体流向弱侧胸腔,提高弱侧呼吸肌以及核心肌群力量及耐力,达到改善脊柱侧弯的效果

Intervention:

1. Awareness Building (5 minutes) Position: Supine, with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, whole body relaxed. Procedure: Guide the participant to place their hands on both sides of the lower ribs. Perform slow nasal inhalation and oral exhalation. Focus on whether both sides of the ribs expand outward evenly during inhalation and retract smoothly and symmetrically during exhalation. The goal is to feel the symmetry of breathing without discomfort. 2. Spinal Chain Motion Warm-up (10 minutes) Position: Seated. Procedure: Guide the participant through spinal chain movements in the frontal, sagittal, and horizontal planes to warm up for subsequent training. 3. Symmetric Breathing Integrated with Core Activation (10 minutes) Procedure: Based on the specific scoliosis condition, integrate symmetric breathing training into core stability exercises such as glute bridges, planks, and dead bugs. Guide the airflow toward the weaker side of the thoracic cavity to enhance the strength and endurance of the respiratory muscles and core muscles on that side, thereby improving spinal alignment.
