研究目的：

通过探讨妊娠晚期孕妇精准健康管理方案在经阴道分娩经产妇中的应用效果，为优化临床早期健康管理循证护理管理模式提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effects of a precision health management protocol for late- pregnancy among multiparous women of vaginal delivery, this study aims to provide insights for optimizing evidence-based nursing management models in early clinical health care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.经产妇年龄≥18岁；孕周≥28周；单胎；头位；胎心胎动可； 2.意识清楚，无认知功能障碍者； 3.无阴道分娩禁忌症； 4.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The multiparous women whose age >= 18 years; gestational age >= 28 weeks; singleton pregnancy; cephalic presentation; viable fetal heartbeat and movements; 2. Fully conscious, with no cognitive impairment; 3. No contraindications to vaginal delivery; 4. Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

对照组仅接受常规管理和孕期健康宣教，随访形式包括门诊随访和钉钉群/微信群随访。分娩结束后，将《基于行为改变轮理论的妊娠晚期孕妇急产的精准健康管理方案》以手册形式发放至产妇或家属手中。

this group only accept the routine management and prenatal health education, the method of follow-up includes the outpatient visits and follow-ups by DingTalk/WeChat group . After delivery, the "precision health management protocol for maternal of precipitate delivery in late pregnancy based on the theory of the behavior change wheel" will be distributed to mothers or their caregivers in the form of a handbook.

由非课题组成员使用EXCEL的RAND函数生成1套随机数字序列并分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中。研究对象被确定后，依据信封顺序拆除其分组情况。数字1-X分配至对照组，数字XX-XX分配至试验组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A non-member of the research team shall generate one set of random numbers using the RAND function in Excel. These numbers shall be placed into sequentially coded, sealed, opaque envelopes. Once research subjects are identified, their allocation shall be determined by the order of envelopes opened. Numbers 1 to X shall be assigned to the control group, while numbers XX to XX shall be assigned to the experimental group.

盲法：

本研究将采用单盲设计，实施随机操作的研究者不参与试验后续部分。由于本研究干预方式需要干预人员主动实施，研究对象和干预人员均无法对实验干预过程进行盲法处理。因此，仅对数据收集和分析人员实施了盲法处理。

Blinding：

This study will adopt a single-blind design. The researchers who conduct the random operations will not participate in the subsequent part of the trial. Since the intervention method of this study requires the intervener to implement it actively, neither the research subjects nor the intervention personnel could be blinded to the experimental intervention process. Consequently, only the data collectors and statisticians were blinded.
