研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：探讨CaW的发病率、疾病特点、影像学表现、治疗方法及预后等; 2.次要研究目的：探讨不同CaW对急性缺血性卒中患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main objectives: To investigate the incidence, disease characteristics, imaging manifestations, treatment methods and prognosis of CaW; 2.Secondary objective: To investigate the effect of different CaWs on the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke.

纳入标准：

2019年01月01日至2025年10月20日期间就诊于我院脑血管病科，行颈动脉彩超和/或且符合上述诊断标准患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who visited the Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases of our hospital from January 01, 2019 to October 20, 2025 and underwent carotid artery color ultrasound and/or met the above diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

2019年01月01日至2025年10月20日期间就诊于我院脑血管病科，行颈动脉彩超且不符合上述诊断标准患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who were treated in the Department of Cerebrovascular Diseases of our hospital from January 1, 2019 to October 20, 2025 and underwent carotid ultrasound and did not meet the above diagnostic criteria.
