了解四川省GCCI患者的患病率及基本流行病学特征  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the prevalence and basic epidemiological characteristics of GCCI patients in Sichuan Province

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65 岁的ICU患者； 2.诊断标准：符合 CCI 诊断标准为：（1）入住 ICU＞14 d；（2）合并有持续性脏器功能紊乱（SOFA 评分：心血管系统功能≥1 分或其他任一 系统功能评分≥2 分）。

Inclusion criteria

1. ICU patients aged >=65 years; 2. Diagnostic criteria: patients who met the CCI diagnostic criteria were as follows: (1) stay in ICU for more than 14 days; (2) combined with persistent organ dysfunction (SOFA score: cardiovascular system function >=1 or any other system function >=2).

排除标准：

1.晚期肿瘤或近期接受放化疗患者；
2.合并免疫缺陷综合征，自身免疫性疾病或器官移植状态需长期使用皮质类固醇及免疫抑制剂患者；
3.预计生存时间<72h；
4.手术后于ICU过渡者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with advanced cancer or those who have recently received radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
2.Patients with combined immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, or organ transplant status who require long-term use of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents;
3.Expected survival time < 72 h;
4.Those transitioning in the ICU after surgery;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用专门设计的病例报告表收集数据，并录入至安全的电子数据采集系统。EDC系统内预设了逻辑校验规则以控制数据质量。所有数据由经过统一培训的研究人员录入，并对关键变量进行源数据核查。通过系统化的查询管理流程解决数据疑问，最终在数据清理完成后锁定数据库用于统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data are collected using specially designed case report forms and entered into a secure electronic data capture system. Logical verification rules are preset in the EDC system to control data quality. All data are entered by researchers who have received unified training, and source data verification is conducted for key variables. Data queries are resolved through a systematic query management process, and finally, the database is locked for statistical analysis after data cleaning is completed.??????
