研究目的：

(1)发现在中国初级卫生保健环境中实施BISC的主要促进因素和障碍; (2)开发和验证在中国初级卫生保健背景下促进BISC的最佳实施措施组合。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Identify key facilitators and barriers to implementing BISC in China's primary healthcare settings; (2) Develop and validate an optimal combination of implementation measures to promote BISC in the Chinese primary healthcare context.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.社区卫生服务中心/站和乡镇卫生院的执业医师或助理执业医师； 2.村诊所/卫生室的持证村医（指即使没有医师资格证，也可在村级医疗机构行医的医生）和村诊所/卫生室的卫生员（指未经认证的村医，需要在持证村医的监督下开展工作）； 3.一级、二级医院以及妇幼保健院的所有持有医师资格证的医务工作者。此外，研究对象还需满足以下纳入标准：从事临床工作满六个月；提供门诊及基层医疗服务。

Inclusion criteria

1.Practicing physicians or assistant practicing physicians from community health service centers/stations and township health centers; 2. Certified village doctors in village clinics/health rooms (referring to doctors who can practice medicine in village-level medical institutions even without a medical license) and health workers in village clinics/health rooms (referring to uncertified village doctors who need to work under the supervision of certified village doctors); 3. All medical workers holding physician qualification certificates in primary and secondary hospitals as well as maternal and child health care hospitals. In addition, the research subjects must also meet the following inclusion criteria: having engaged in clinical work for at least six months; Provide outpatient and primary medical services.

排除标准：

1.曾接受过戒烟相关培训或参与过类似试验； 2.因故缺勤一个月或以上； 3.非正式员工，如临时工或轮岗人员； 4.目前正在参与其他与本试验中测试的特定实施技术相关的其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have received relevant training on smoking cessation or participated in similar trials; 2. Absence from work for one month or more due to certain reasons; 3. Non-regular employees, such as temporary workers or rotational staff; 4. Currently participating in other studies related to the specific implementation techniques tested in this trial.

Following multistage and clustered sampling, the allocation sequence will be generated using a random number table. Simple randomization for each group will be conducted independently by a statistician not affiliated with the research team. The randomization scheme will be sealed in an envelope and opened only at the time of formal randomization, enabling the researcher to execute the random assignment.
