研究目的：

（1）分析获得基于MW及STI测量参数的STEMI患者PCI术后预后影响因素； （2）利用列线图技术将指标数值图形化处理，构建可视化预测模型，并检测其预测效能； （3）通过上述研究，最终构建出基于MW及STI测量参数的可视化预测PCI术后预后模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Analyze the influencing factors of the post-PCI prognosis of STEMI patients based on STI measurement parameters; (2) Use the nomogram technique to graphically process the index values, construct a visual prediction model, and test its predictive efficacy; (3) Through the above research, finally construct a visual prediction model for the post-PCI prognosis based on STI measurement parameters.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）术前首次确诊为STEMI，发作时间<12h并接受急诊PCI介入治疗；典型的胸痛症状持续≥30分钟、相邻2个或2个以上导联ST段抬高，肢体导联≥0.1mv，胸导联≥0.2mv、心肌坏死标志物在正常2倍以上； （2）身体条件允许行PCI手术； （3）患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient was diagnosed with STEMI for the first time before the procedure, with the onset time less than 12 hours and received emergency PCI intervention; typical chest pain symptoms persisted for >= 30 minutes, with ST segment elevation in at least 2 or more adjacent leads, limb leads >= 0.1 mv, chest leads >= 0.2 mv, and myocardial necrosis markers more than twice the normal level; (2) The patient's physical condition was suitable for PCI surgery; (3) The patient gave informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有心肌梗死或冠状动脉旁路移植术既往史； （2）中/重度的心脏瓣膜疾病； （3）室性心律失常、房颤或起搏心律； （4）存在导致预期寿命＜1年的非心脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of myocardial infarction or coronary artery bypass graft surgery; (2) Moderate/severe heart valve disease; (3) Ventricular arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation or paced heart rhythm; (4) Presence of non-cardiac diseases that would result in an expected lifespan of less than one year.
