Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the Effect of A Beverage Containing Probiotics and Green Tea Extract on Weight loss.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-60周岁； 2.BMI≥28kg/m2且体脂率达到男>25%，女>30%； 3.自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years. 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m2, with a body fat percentage of >25% for males or >30% for females. 3. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.近3个月或正在或计划采用任何方式减肥者； 2.进行过减重手术者； 3.近2个月或正在使用过益生菌、减肥药或任何影响体重或食欲的药物、降糖药或任何影响糖代谢的药物、胰岛素、降脂药或任何影响血脂的药物、抗生素、质子泵抑制剂、H2受体拮抗剂、泻药、止泻药、抗菌剂（如黄连素）、激素者； 4.患有精神疾病、心、肝、肾、造血系统或免疫系统等严重疾病者； 5.目前处于怀孕期或哺乳期者； 6.其他研究者认为不适合参加本试验者； 7.参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have used, are currently using, or plan to use any weight loss methods within the past 3 months. 2. Have undergone weight loss surgery. 3. Have used, are currently using, or plan to use within the past 2 months: probiotics, weight loss drugs, or any medications affecting body weight or appetite; hypoglycemic agents or any drugs affecting glucose metabolism; insulin; lipid-lowering drugs or any drugs affecting blood lipids; antibiotics; proton pump inhibitors; H2 receptor antagonists; laxatives; antidiarrheal agents; antibacterial agents (e.g., berberine); or hormones. 4. Suffer from serious conditions such as mental illness, or diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, or immune system. 5. Currently pregnant or breastfeeding. 6. Other conditions deemed by the investigator to make the individual unsuitable for participation in this trial. 7. Participation in other clinical trials.
