研究目的：

主要目的：回顾性分析FEASR术治疗经括约肌肛瘘的治愈率及肛门功能评估。 次要目的：创面愈合时间；术后疼痛VAS评分；术中、术后并发症情况；肛门外观形态：观察肛门外观是否有瘢痕增生及锁孔样畸形。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To retrospectively analyze the cure rate of FEASR procedure in treating sphincter-involving anal fistulas and to assess anal function. Secondary Objectives: Wound healing time; postoperative pain VAS score; intraoperative and postoperative complications; anal appearance: to observe whether there is scar hypertrophy or dimple-like deformity of the anus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经术前MRI和/或腔内B超检查，诊断为经括约肌肛瘘； （2）年龄范围在18岁~65岁之间。 （3）于研究期间接受FEASR术或肛门瘘管切除术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed with transsphincteric anal fistula based on preoperative MRI and/or endoanal ultrasound examination; (2) Age between 18 and 65 years old; (3) Underwent FEASR surgery or anal fistula excision during the study period.

排除标准：

（1）克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎等所致的特异性肛瘘患者； （2）外伤所导致的肛瘘患者； （3）合并有消化道肿瘤等严重肛肠疾病者； （4）患有糖尿病、结核病等可影响伤口愈合患者； （5）患有严重心、肝、肾或凝血功能障碍等疾病患者； （6）处于妊娠期、哺乳期妇女或患有精神疾病不能配合患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with specific anal fistulas caused by Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.; (2) Patients with anal fistulas caused by trauma; (3) Patients with severe anorectal diseases such as gastrointestinal tumors; (4) Patients with diabetes, tuberculosis, or other conditions that may affect wound healing; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, or coagulation disorders; (6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or patients with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate.
