研究目的：

通过前瞻性病例系列研究来分析外切内扎术联合内括约肌切开术治疗后半环结缔组织型混合痔的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical efficacy of external hemorrhoidectomy combined with internal ligation and partial internal sphincterotomy in the treatment of posterior semi-circular connective–tissue type mixed hemorrhoids through a prospective case series study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

所有受试者均接受外切内扎联合内括约肌切开术 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All participants receive external hemorrhoidectomy with internal ligation combined with partial internal sphincterotomy 

纳入标准：

1.符合符合《中国痔病诊疗指南2020》中痔病的诊断标准； 2.伴发后半环广泛结缔组织型外痔，外痔范围在5-7点位； 3.签署知情同意书，同意接受手术方式为：混合痔外切内扎术联合内括约肌切开术的患者； 4.体格检查记录中确认肛门形态及功能无明显异常的患者； 5.年龄在18-75周岁之间

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhoids as outlined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoidal Disease (China, 2020)"; 2.Patients presenting with posterior semi-circular extensive connective-tissue type external hemorrhoids, with the lesion located between the 5–7 o’clock positions; 3. Patients who have signed informed consent and agree to undergo the surgical procedure of external hemorrhoidectomy with internal ligation combined with internal sphincterotomy; 4.Patients with physical examination records confirming no significant abnormalities in anal morphology or function; 5.Patients aged 18–75 years.

排除标准：

1.与纳入标准不符合者； 2.合并有肛周脓肿、肛瘘、结直肠肿瘤、肠炎等其他肛周疾病的患者； 3.既往有肛肠手术史或肛门括约肌受损者； 4.有严重基础疾病或瘢痕体质者； 5.肛门功能减退或大便失禁患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Patients with concomitant perianal abscess, anal fistula, colorectal tumors, enteritis, or other perianal diseases; 3. Patients with a history of anorectal surgery or injury to the anal sphincter; 4. Patients with severe underlying diseases or a tendency for hypertrophic scarring; 5. Patients with impaired anal function or fecal incontinence.
