Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the improvement effect of metformin (2000mg/d) treatment for 6 months on the intensity of shoulder pain (VAS score)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄40-70岁，肩痛＞3个? 2.VAS疼痛评分＞40mm(0100mm) 3.肩关节活动受限(外展＜90°，外旋＜30°) 4.糖尿病组：HbA1c 6.5%-9.0%且稳定＞3个? 5.?糖尿病组：HbA1c＜5.7%

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 40 to 70, with shoulder pain lasting more than 3 months 2.VAS pain score > 40mm(0-100mm) 3. Limited shoulder joint movement (abduction < 90°, external rotation < 30°) 4. Diabetes group: HbA1c 6.5%-9.0% and stable for more than 3 months 5. Non-diabetic group: HbA1c < 5.7%

排除标准：

1.肩袖全层撕裂或近期肩部?术史 2.类?湿关节炎等炎性关节病 3.eGFR＜45mL/min/1.73m^2或肝功能异常(ALT＞3×ULN) 4.?甲双胍禁忌证(乳酸酸中毒史、严重?肺疾病) 5.研究期间计划接受肩关节注射治疗

Exclusion criteria：

1. Full-thickness rotator cuff tear or recent history of shoulder surgery 2. Inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis 3.eGFR < 45mL/min/1.73m^2 or abnormal liver function (ALT > 3×ULN) 4. Contraindications for metformin (history of lactic acidosis, severe heart and lung diseases) 5. During the research period, it is planned to receive shoulder joint injection treatment
