研究目的：

分析难度自适应计算机认知训练在社区轻度认知障碍老年人中的认知功能改善效果；比较不同干预频率对认知改善效果的维持程度。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effects of adaptive difficulty computerized cognitive training on cognitive function improvement among community-dwelling older adults with mild cognitive impairment, and to compare the maintenance of cognitive improvement across different intervention frequencies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.计划在社区生活至少12个月，并且没有转入养老机构的计划； 3.无明确的痴呆诊断标准； 4.符合《阿尔茨海默病源性轻度认知障碍诊疗中国专家共识2021》中 MCI的诊断标准。MoCA北京版评分根据教育程度进行调整，初中≤13分，高中≤19分，大学≤24分，MMSE≥24分，ADL＜23分。 5.能使用手机应用小程序进行认知训练。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Planning to reside in the community for at least 12 months, with no intention to move into a nursing home; 3. No clinical diagnosis of dementia; 4. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) as defined in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease–Related Mild Cognitive Impairment (2021), The cut-off scores for the Beijing version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were adjusted for educational level: <=13 for junior high school or below, <=19 for high school, and <=24 for college education or above. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24; Activities of Daily Living (ADL) score <23. 5. Able to use a mobile application (mini program) to perform cognitive training.

排除标准：

1.由于听力、视力等原因无法完成问卷者； 2.患有其他中枢神经系统器质性疾病，如脑肿瘤、癫痫、帕金森等； 3.患有严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals unable to complete the questionnaires due to hearing or visual impairments; 2. Those with other organic diseases of the central nervous system, such as brain tumors, epilepsy, or Parkinson’s disease; 3. Those diagnosed with severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, depression, or anxiety disorders.
