研究目的：

1、通过横断面研究分析T2DM患者中MAFLD的患病率及严重程度分层，揭示T2DM患者中MAFLD的普遍性及严重性，为代谢共病管理提供依据，指导制定分层管理策略； 2、通过综合对比肝脏瞬时弹性成像FibroTouch、肝功能储备检测ICG-R15、磁共振弹性成像MRE诊断效能，构建多维综合诊断体系； 3、通过开展病例对照研究，探讨MAFLD相关潜在危险因素与保护因素，揭示代谢紊乱、炎症与肝脏脂肪变性程度的关系，构建MAFLD发病风险预测模型，助力制定精准预防策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a cross-sectional study, the prevalence and severity stratification of MAFLD in T2DM patients were analyzed to reveal the prevalence and severity of MAFLD in T2DM patients, providing a basis for the management of metabolic comorbidities and guiding the formulation of stratified management strategies. 2. By comprehensively comparing the diagnostic efficacy of liver transient elastography FibroTouch, liver function reserve detection ICG-R15, and magnetic resonance elastography MRE, a multi-dimensional comprehensive diagnostic system was constructed. 3. Through conducting case-control studies, we explore the potential risk factors and protective factors related to MAFLD, reveal the relationship between metabolic disorders, inflammation and the degree of liver steatosis, and construct a risk prediction model for MAFLD to assist in formulating precise prevention strategies.

纳入标准：

2026 年至 2027 年于内分泌科住院 2 型糖尿病患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department from 2026 to 2027

排除标准：

1）其他病因明确的肝病：病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、遗传性肝病、药物性肝损伤、胆道梗阻。
2）晚期肝病：临床或影像学确诊的肝硬化、既往有肝失代偿事件史（如腹水、静脉曲张破裂出血、肝性脑病）、肝细胞癌 (HCC) 病史或筛查时高度怀疑 HCC。
3）合并严重全身性疾病：恶性肿瘤、严重心血管疾病、严重呼吸系统疾病、严重肾功能不全、器官移植史、未控制的自身免疫性疾病或全身性炎症性疾病、严重感染、血液系统疾病。
4）其他排除因素：妊娠或哺乳期妇女。无法提供知情同意、无法配合随访、研究者认为存在任何可能使患者处于不适当风险、干扰研究结果解释或影响研究完整性的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other liver diseases with clear causes: viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver diseases, hereditary liver diseases, drug-induced liver injury, biliary obstruction.
2) Advanced liver diseases: Clinically or radiologically confirmed liver cirrhosis, a history of liver decompensation events (such as ascites, varicose vein rupture and bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy), a history of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), or a high suspicion of HCC during screening.
3) Combined severe systemic diseases: malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, severe respiratory system diseases, severe renal insufficiency, history of organ transplantation, uncontrolled autoimmune diseases or systemic inflammatory diseases, severe infections, hematological diseases.
4) Other exclusion factors: Pregnant or lactating women. Inability to provide informed consent, inability to cooperate with follow-up visits, or any other circumstances that the researcher deems may put the patient at inappropriate risk, interfere with the interpretation of research results, or affect the integrity of the study.
