本研究旨在分析青少年在弥合老年慢性病患者移动医疗数字鸿沟中的作用，重点探讨其数字反哺意愿及其影响因素，解析数字反哺在提升老年慢性病患者移动医疗接受度和使用效果中的机制和路径。在理论上，本研究将拓展数字鸿沟与数字反哺领域的知识框架，深化代际互动在医疗数字化中的应用研究，为老年慢性病患者技术教育和健康管理提供新的视角。在实践上，研究成果将为智慧医疗适老化政策提供参考，提倡青少年更好地参与老年慢性病患者的数字融入。通过促进代际协作，缓解老年慢性病患者在医疗数字化进程中的边缘化问题，为推动老年友好型智慧医疗社会建设提供理论依据与实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyse the role of young people in bridging the digital divide in mobile healthcare for elderly chronic disease patients, focusing on their willingness to engage in digital mentoring and its influencing factors. It seeks to elucidate the mechanisms and pathways through which digital mentoring enhances the acceptance and effectiveness of mobile healthcare among elderly chronic disease patients. Theoretically, this study will expand the knowledge framework within the domains of the digital divide and digital reverse mentoring, deepening applied research on intergenerational interaction in healthcare digitalisation. It offers fresh perspectives for technological education and health management among elderly chronic disease patients. Practically, the findings will inform ageing-friendly smart healthcare policies, advocating for greater youth involvement in the digital inclusion of elderly chronic disease patients. By fostering intergenerational collaboration, this research addresses the marginalisation of elderly chronic disease patients in healthcare digitalisation, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for advancing an age-friendly smart healthcare society.

纳入标准：

1.年龄为 10～24 岁（覆盖青少年及青年早期，符合数字反哺行为的主要年龄段）； 2.能够熟练使用智能手机及常见移动医疗（在本研究中将移动医疗定义为患者通过微信平台、手机应用程序等获取医疗服务和信息。主要用于远程医疗、求医问药、预约挂号、 信息查询、缴费查询、跟踪医疗服务、身体检测、健康教育等）； 3.过去 1 年内与老年慢性病患者（本研究的老年慢性病包括但不限于： 高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、骨质疏松症、关节炎以及慢性阻塞性肺疾病等）存在实际接触或照护关系； 4.本人及监护人（未成年人）自愿签署知情同意书，承诺参与全程研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 10 to 24 years (encompassing adolescence and early adulthood, the primary age group for digital reverse-nurturing behaviour); 2. Proficient in using smartphones and common mobile healthcare services (defined in this study as patients accessing medical services and information via platforms such as WeChat and mobile applications. Primarily utilised for telemedicine, seeking medical advice and prescriptions, booking appointments, information enquiries, payment tracking, monitoring healthcare services, physical examinations, and health education); 3. Within the past year, having had actual contact with or provided care for elderly patients with chronic conditions (which in this study include but are not limited to: hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and commit to participate in the entire research process.

排除标准：

1.认知或沟通障碍：存在严重语言障碍、精神疾病或认知缺陷，无法完成访谈； 2.非本地常住人口（如临时探亲者），无法保证研究跟踪的连续性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive or communication impairment: Severe language impairment, mental illness, or cognitive deficits rendering the individual unable to complete the interview. 2. Non-resident populations (such as temporary visitors) cannot guarantee the continuity of research tracking.

Data will be archived in the ‘Zhejiang Medical Research Database’. As certain research data are currently undergoing patent applications and publication processes, a one-year data protection period applies. Consequently, scientific data sharing will be conducted via restricted access.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用多源混合设计，通过理论抽样访谈（20例）与大样本问卷调查（400例）获取青少年反哺行为的一手资料，同时从医院信息系统回溯性提取老年患者移动医疗使用的脱敏病历数据；在数据管理上，建立了贯穿采集、处理与存储的全流程质控，包括访谈双人编码、问卷逻辑校验、数据加密与三重备份，并计划将最终数据提交至“浙江省医学科研数据库”进行长期保存与受限共享。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection employed a multi-source mixed-method design, obtaining primary data on adolescent filial support behaviours through theoretical sampling interviews (20 cases) and large-scale questionnaire surveys (400 cases). Concurrently, de-identified medical records concerning elderly patients' mobile healthcare usage were retrospectively extracted from hospital information systems. Data management implemented comprehensive quality control throughout collection, processing, and storage. This included dual-coder verification for interviews, questionnaire logic validation, data encryption, and triple-backup protocols. The final dataset is scheduled for submission to the Zhejiang Medical Research Database for long-term preservation and restricted sharing.
