研究目的：

（1）研发一款可穿戴式脉冲电磁场治疗仪； （2）验证脉冲电磁场在半月板损伤辅助康复治疗中的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a wearable pulsed electromagnetic field therapy device; (2) Verify the clinical efficacy of pulsed electromagnetic fields in the auxiliary rehabilitation treatment of meniscus injuries.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.因创伤或退行性变导致半月板损伤，并行半月板缝合术患者； 2.可完成VAS评分、IKDC评分、Lysholm评分、Tegner评分等临床膝关节功能评价量表； 3.可完成知情同意并签署者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with meniscus injury caused by trauma or degeneration and who have undergone meniscus repair surgery; 2.Patients who can complete clinical knee joint function evaluation scales such as VAS score, IKDC score, Lysholm score, and Tegner score; 3.Patients who can provide informed consent and sign the document.

排除标准：

1.认知障碍以及神经障碍者； 2.严重运动功能障碍、生活不能自理者； 3.严重贫血、营养不良者； 4.糖尿病血糖控制不佳者； 5.合并严重膝骨关节炎者； 6.研究者或伦理委员会认为不适合入组的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with cognitive impairments and neurological disorders; 2.Patients with severe motor dysfunction and inability to take care of themselves; 3.Patients with severe anemia and malnutrition; 4.Patients with poorly controlled blood sugar levels in diabetes; 5.Patients with severe knee osteoarthritis; 6.Subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers or the ethics committee.
