研究目的：

验证MOFs衍生金属氧化物气体传感器对肺癌患者呼出气中正丙醇的检测能力，包括检测限、响应时间、恢复时间及稳定性。评估该传感器在临床环境中区分肺癌患者与健康人群的诊断灵敏度与特异性；分析传感器响应信号与肺癌临床分期的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Validate the capability of the MOF-derived metal oxide gas sensor in detecting n-propanol in the exhaled breath of lung cancer patients, including the limit of detection, response time, recovery time, and stability. Evaluate the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the sensor in distinguishing lung cancer patients from healthy individuals in a clinical setting; analyze the correlation between the sensor response signals and the clinical stages of lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺癌组：经病理学确诊为Ⅰ期至IV期的肺癌患者；年龄18-70岁（包含界限值，包含男性女性）；意识清楚，能配合完成呼气采样；自愿参加并签署知情同意书。 2.健康对照组：无任何恶性肿瘤病史；无能配合完成呼气采样；年龄（+/-3岁）、性别与肺癌组进行匹配；自愿参加并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Lung cancer group: Patients diagnosed with stage I to stage IV lung cancer by pathology; Age: 18-70 years old (including the threshold value, including both male and female); Clear consciousness and able to cooperate in completing breath sampling. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form. 2. Healthy control group: No history of any malignant tumors; Unable to cooperate in completing the breath sampling; The age (+/-3 years) and gender were matched with the lung cancer group. Participate voluntarily and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.近期（4周内）接受过化疗、放疗或肺部手术； 2.患有严重影响呼吸配合的神经肌肉疾病； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.研究者判断不适合参与本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have received chemotherapy, radiotherapy or lung surgery in the recent period (within 4 weeks); 2. Suffering from neuromuscular diseases that seriously affect respiratory coordination; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Other circumstances where the researcher deems it unsuitable to participate in this study.
