研究目的：

1、明确GLIM诊断作为CART细胞治疗血液肿瘤患者的营养风险评估的准确性和适用性; 2、探索血清炎症水平、肌肉量、肠道菌群等营养因素在预测复发、死亡等临床结局的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine the accuracy and applicability of GLIM diagnosis as a nutritional risk assessment method for CART cell therapy in patients with hematological malignancies; 2. Explore the roles of nutritional factors such as serum inflammatory levels, muscle mass, and intestinal flora in predicting clinical outcomes such as recurrence and death.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男女不限，年龄18-80岁； 2.诊断为血液肿瘤疾病患者； 3.拟接受CART细胞治疗治疗； 4.适宜接受生物电阻抗法（bioelectrical impedance analysis, BIA）人体体成分测量； 5.同意参加临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. No gender restriction, aged 18-80 years; 2. Diagnosed with a hematologic tumor; 3. Planned to receive CAR-T cell therapy; 4. Suitable for body composition measurement using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA); 5. Agree to participate in the clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心脑血管疾病、恶液质、肝肾疾病、胃肠道疾病、内分泌系统疾病、感染性疾病或是精神疾患； 2.由于其它原因不能继续完成干预研究或影响研究结果的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cachexia, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental disorders; 2. Unable to continue the intervention study or whose results may be affected due to other reasons.
