研究目的：

基于心理控制源初步构建2型糖尿病患者的健康教育方案并探究该方案对2型糖尿病患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

A health education program for type 2 diabetes mellitus will be initially constructed based on the locus of control and its effect on self-management and blood glucose control of them will be explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合WHO（1999年）2型糖尿病的诊断和分类标准；年龄在18～70周岁之间；确诊时间≥3个月；知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the WHO (1999) diagnosis and classification criteria for type 2 diabetes; aged between 18 and 70 years old; diagnosis time ≥ 3 months; informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

严重心、脑、肾等器官功能衰竭；严重并发症（如Ⅳ、Ⅴ期肾病、增殖期视网膜病变等）或合并症；精神疾病或认知障碍；听力障碍；合并其他恶性肿瘤;正在参加其它临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; severe complications (such as stage Ⅳ and Ⅴ nephropathy, proliferative retinopathy, etc.) or comorbidities; mental illness or cognitive impairment; combined with other malignant neoplasm;patients participating in other clinical trials.
