研究目的：

本研究旨在构建基于人文关怀品质结构理论的分级护理模式，以提升护士人文关怀能力，并验证其对患者关怀感知和满意度的影响。首先，通过文献分析与质性访谈，初步拟定模式框架，经专家论证和预实验修订完善。随后，对护士开展系统培训，并评估其培训前后人文关怀品质的变化。最后，将模式应用于神经内科与疼痛科患者，分析其对患者关怀感知及护理满意度的干预效果，为推进临床护理人文关怀实践提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a tiered nursing care model based on the theoretical framework of humanistic caring qualities, with the objectives of enhancing nurses' humanistic competencies and evaluating its impact on patients' perception of care and satisfaction. The research will be conducted in three phases. First, a preliminary model framework will be drafted through literature analysis and qualitative interviews, which will then be refined via expert panel discussions and pre-experimental revisions. Subsequently, systematic training based on the finalized model will be delivered to nurses, and changes in their humanistic caring qualities will be assessed before and after the training. Finally, the model will be implemented among patients in the Neurology and Pain Management departments to analyze its interventional effects on patients' perception of caring and nursing satisfaction. The findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for advancing humanistic care in clinical nursing practice.

纳入标准：

1. 神经内科或疼痛科就诊患者； 2. 入院时护理等级为一级护理，年龄、性别不限； 3. 可配合完成相关量表检查并愿意全程参与； 4. 自愿参与，签署书面知情同意书，<16岁受试者监护人也签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients visiting the neurology or pain management department; 2. Nursing level at admission is Level 1 care, no restrictions on age or gender; 3. Able to cooperate with relevant scale assessments and willing to participate throughout the entire process; 4. Voluntary participation, with a signed written informed consent; for participants under 16 years old, a guardian must also sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 共患其他重性精神疾病； 2. 精神发育迟滞、存在智能障碍的患者； 3. 有自杀史和自杀意向的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Co-occurring with other severe mental disorders; 2. Patients with mental retardation or intellectual disabilities; 3. Patients with a history of suicide or suicidal intent.
