研究目的：

1)通过腺样体肥大、遗传因素和不良习惯与突面畸形的相关性分析，建立儿童腺样体面容的客观量化判断标准，为深入研究其发病机制和影响因素提供基础数据支持，为预防和治疗提供理论依据。 2) 通过分析腺样体扁桃体切除手术、保守治疗两种治疗模式对患儿牙颌面发育的长期影响，筛选影响牙颌面发育的关键因素，比较正畸治疗和AT手术的疗效并探索其疗效影响因素，为临床优化AH患儿治疗方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By studying the differences in the impact of adenoid hypertrophy, genetic factors, and oral bad habits on the development of the dentofacial region, an objective quantitative judgment standard for adenoid facies in children will be established. This will provide basic data support for in-depth research on its pathogenesis and influencing factors, and offer a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment. 2. By analyzing the long-term effects of adenotonsillectomy and conservative treatment on the dentofacial development of children, key factors influencing dentofacial development will be identified. The therapeutic effects of orthodontic treatment and adenotonsillectomy (AT) surgery will be compared, and factors affecting their therapeutic outcomes will be explored. This will provide a scientific basis for optimizing the treatment plans for children with adenoid hypertrophy (AH) in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄范围：3-12岁；
2.X线侧位片示腺样体/鼻咽腔（A/N）值≥0.6；
3.已出现突面畸形：使用E线（Ricketts 美容线）为主要参考线，UL-E超过-0.1mm或LL-E超过2.1mm即评价为突面畸形；
4.有相关临床症状：睡眠时和/或日间张口呼吸、打鼾、憋气、日间嗜睡；
5.监护人/患儿能理解本研究的情况并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children aged 3 to 12; 2.Lateral X-ray shows adenoid/nasopharyngeal (A/N) ratio >= 0.6; 3.Presence of convex profile deformity: Using the E-line (Ricketts' esthetic line) as the primary reference, a convex profile is diagnosed when UL-E exceeds -0.1 mm or LL-E exceeds 2.1 mm; 4.Presence of relevant clinical symptoms: mouth breathing during sleep and/or daytime, snoring, apnea, and daytime somnolence; 5.The guardian/child understands the situation of this study and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴全身系统性疾病（凝血功能异常、心功能不全、免疫系统疾病等）；
2.腺样体手术史或正畸治疗史；
3.外伤导致的颅颌面或鼻咽喉发育异常；
4.严重颅颌面畸形综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Systemic diseases (abnormal coagulation function, heart failure, immune system diseases, etc.)；
2.History of adenoid surgery or orthodontic treatment；
3.Craniofacial or nasopharyngeal developmental abnormalities caused by trauma；
4.Severe craniofacial deformity syndromes.
