研究目的：

基于术前改良虚弱指数联合肺超声评分构建老年髋部骨折患者术后肺部并发症风险预测模型并进行效果验证，为老年髋部骨折患者术后肺部并发症的预防和治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

A risk prediction model for postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with hip fractures was established based on the preoperative modified frailty index combined with lung ultrasound score and its effectiveness was validated, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients with hip fractures.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65周岁。2.髋部骨折。3.美国麻醉医师学会分级 Ⅰ-Ⅳ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥65 years. 2. hip fracture . 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-IV.

排除标准：

1 ．患者或监护人拒绝参与本研究。2 ．临床资料 收集不全，3.无法完成mFI 评估或肺超声评分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient or guardian refuses to participate in this study. 2. Incomplete collection of clinical data, 3. Unable to complete mFI assessment or pulmonary ultrasound scoring.
