研究目的：

我们开展这项前瞻性观察性研究，利用胃超声检查评估有胆囊切除手术史的患者在术前及术后饱胃的发生率，判断胆囊手术史患者的饱胃风险，为后续采取的医疗决策提供客观依据，预防患者呕吐误吸，更好的保证患者的生命安全。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted this prospective observational study to evaluate the incidence of gastric fullness in patients with a history of cholecystectomy both before and after surgery using gastric ultrasonography. The aim was to assess the risk of gastric fullness in this patient population, provide an objective basis for subsequent clinical decision-making, prevent vomiting and aspiration, and better ensure patient safety.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.行全身麻醉； 3.有胆囊切除手术史（包括开放或腹腔镜）与无胆囊手术史患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Patients with or without a history of cholecystectomy (including open or laparoscopic).

排除标准：

1.有胃、食管、十二指肠等上消化道手术史； 2.术前已留置胃管； 3.急诊手术； 4.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 5.存在精神障碍或意识不清无法配合检查； 6.无法获得清晰的胃超声图像； 7.拒绝参加试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastric, esophageal, or duodenal procedures; 2. Preoperatively indwelling gastric tube; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Mental disorders or impaired consciousness that hinder cooperation with examinations; 6. Inability to obtain clear gastric ultrasound images; 7. Refusal to participate in the trial.
