研究目的：

比较具有高危病理因素的肿瘤直径≤2cm 肺腺癌患者接受肺叶切除术、肺段切除术与楔形切除术后的无病生存率（DFS）、总生存率（OS）以及评估不同高危因素特征组合对手术疗效的修饰效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) among patients with lung adenocarcinoma (tumor diameter ≤2 cm) harboring high-risk pathological factors who underwent lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection, and to assess the modifying effect of different combinations of high-risk pathological features on surgical outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ＞＝18 岁； 2.影像学检查示 T1a-T1b； 3.接受肺叶切除、解剖性肺段切除或楔形切除； 4.至少具备以下一项高危病理学特征：脉管侵犯（+）；含有微乳头、实性成分、复杂腺体或筛状型；STAS（+）；低分化肿瘤；胸膜侵犯（+）。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years; 2.Radiographically confirmed stage T1a–T1b ; 3.Underwent lobectomy, anatomic segmentectomy, or wedge resection; 4.Presence of at least one of the following high-risk pathological features: lymphovascular invasion (+); containing micropapillary, solid, complex glandular, or cribriform patterns; spread through air spaces (STAS) (+); poorly differentiated tumor; pleural invasion (+).

排除标准：

1.非择期手术； 2.既往恶性肿瘤史； 3.接受新辅助或辅助治疗； 4.关键病理数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-elective surgery; 2.History of prior malignancy; 3.Receipt of neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy; 4.Missing key pathological data.
