研究目的：

1. 探究创新型节拍式营养管理对消化系统肿瘤患者短期营养状况的影响; 2. 通过节拍式营养教育的管理模式，缓解焦虑相关心理状态，减少治疗相关的副作用，提高患者心理健康水平。 3. 揭示健康教育对消化道肿瘤患者长期临床结局的影响，识别影响预后的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigating the impact of innovative rhythm-based nutritional management on the short-term nutritional status of patients with digestive system tumors; 2. Through the management model of rhythm-based nutritional education, alleviating anxiety-related psychological states, reducing treatment-related side effects, and improving the mental health level of patients; 3. Expose the influence of health education on the long-term clinical outcomes of patients with digestive tract tumors, and identify the relevant factors affecting prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.病理确诊为消化系统肿瘤； 4.神志清楚，无交流障碍； 5.愿意接受随访，且生存长于6个月者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3.Pathologically diagnosed as digestive system tumors; 4. Clear consciousness, without communication disorders; 5.Willing to undergo follow-up and having a survival period longer than 6 months.

排除标准：

1.mPG-SGA<2或NRS2002<3; 2.AIDS； 3.接受器官移植患者； 4.孕产妇； 5.同时参与其他临床干预研究者； 6.无自理能力； 7.围手术期无法进行运动的患者； 8.严重的合并症，如无法控制的心脏病或严重的肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. mPG-SGA < 2 or NRS 2002 < 3; 2. AIDS; 3. Organ transplant recipients; 4. Pregnant women or new mothers; 5. Participants concurrently enrolled in other clinical intervention studies; 6. Individuals lacking self-care capacity; 7. Patients unable to exercise during the perioperative period; 8. Severe comorbidities, such as uncontrolled heart disease or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.

在标准住院治疗的基础上，多学科营养干预团队提供节拍式健康教育，以视频方式给予患者营养、运动和心理三个方面的健康教育和专业指导。如果患者有任何肿瘤营养相关的问题，专家团队将会定期为患者进行解答。

On the basis of standard inpatient treatment, the multidisciplinary nutrition intervention team provides internet-based rhythmic health education, delivering health education and professional guidance in three aspects - nutrition, exercise and psychology - to patients through short videos. If patients have any questions related to tumor nutrition, the expert team will provide regular answers for them.
